My name is Sara Abtahi, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and holistic wellness coach based in North Vancouver. My passion for nutrition started early — growing up, my mother always prepared fresh, nourishing meals, and that shaped how I looked at food and health.
In high school, I became fascinated with science and how the human body works. This interest led me to complete a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and begin my career as a nutritional consultant in a medical clinic in Iran.
Today, I help women and men — especially those over 40 — reset their metabolism, balance hormones, improve digestion, and feel confident in their bodies again.
After moving to Canada 25 years ago, I worked for almost a decade in hospitals and homecare facilities, supporting people with many different health conditions. These experiences taught me something important: everyone's body is unique, and healing requires a personal, whole-body approach.
To deepen my knowledge, I continued my education at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, where I became a Certified Nutritional Practitioner. I also completed additional training in Therapeutic Nutrition, Supplementation, and Herbal Pharmacology, which allows me to incorporate both science and natural approaches into my work.
This blend of clinical experience and holistic education gives me a unique perspective — one that honors both evidence-based science and the body's natural ability to heal when properly supported.
My philosophy is simple:
I believe in personalized care. I listen to your story, understand your challenges, and work with you to create a realistic plan that fits your life — not the other way around.
Health is not just about food — it's about energy, hormones, digestion, stress, and the daily habits that make you feel your best. My goal is to guide you step-by-step, with compassion, clarity, and ongoing support.
Every plan is uniquely designed for your body, lifestyle, and goals — no cookie-cutter approaches.
Addressing energy, hormones, digestion, stress, and daily habits — not just what you eat.
Combining evidence-based nutrition with holistic practices for comprehensive results.
Step-by-step guidance with warmth, patience, and genuine accountability.
