A Lifelong Passion for Nutrition & Healing

My name is Sara Abtahi, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and holistic wellness coach based in North Vancouver. My passion for nutrition started early — growing up, my mother always prepared fresh, nourishing meals, and that shaped how I looked at food and health.

After moving to Canada 25 years ago, I worked for almost a decade in hospitals and homecare facilities. These experiences taught me something important: everyone's body is unique, and healing requires a personal, whole-body approach.

Today, I help women and men — especially those over 40 — reset their metabolism, balance hormones, improve digestion, and feel confident in their bodies again.
